HOW DOES VERITAS MORTGAGE FUND I GENERATE RETURNS?
Our fund generates returns through interest income on secured mortgages and bridge loans, plus origination and renewal fees. We target 8%+ net annual returns by lending to underserved borrowers at competitive rates while maintaining strict risk controls through asset-backed security and title insurance
WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM INVESTMENT REQUIREMENTS?

HOW OFTEN ARE DISTRIBUTIONS MADE TO INVESTORS?
Distributions are made annually, with quarterly NAV updates to keep investors informed of fund performance. All distributions are subject to available cash flow and fund performance metrics outlined in the subscription agreement.
WHAT TYPES OF PROPERTIES SECURE THE LOANS?
Our loans are secured by residential real estate across Ontario, including single-family homes, condominiums, and small multi-unit properties (up to 4-plex). All properties undergo professional appraisal and are located in established markets within the GTA and select secondary cities.
HOW LONG IS THE COMMITMENT PERIOD?
The fund has a five-year term with a four-year investment period and one-year harvesting period. Investors should plan for this commitment timeline, though early redemption options may be available under specific circumstances outlined in fund documents.
